Large quilts may arrive with creases in due to the way we must package them. These should come out after a week or so, but you can use a hand steamer to remove them instantly.

We hope you’re happy with your purchase, but if not, you can return your quilt to us within 30 days of receipt. Please get in touch via email prior to sending it back to us.

We use I'm Green eco-friendly polythene bags to protect the quilts inside the box whilst in transit. Made from sugar cane, not fossil fuels, the bags are carbon-neutral, fully recyclable and 95% renewable. The cardboard boxes are 100% recyclable and made from recycled paper.
